Fabrice SCHMITT, Partner, is a member of the Paris and New York State Bars. He graduated from the EDHEC School of Management (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord) back in 1997, the University of Paris II – Assas (1998) and Georgetown Law School in Washington D.C., United States (2001).

Prior to joining the law firm Schmitt & Associés in 2009, Fabrice worked as an In-House Counsel for several American global companies (High Technology activity sectors), then within the M&A and Capital Markets Departments of Los Angeles and London based global law firms.


Fabrice teaches French business law to the students of the MSc Legal & Tax Management of the EDHEC Graduate School of Management in Lille (France).
